mysterious mess

hey luke! i went to counseling again today! (one-on-one counseling) it was good, i was just talking to her about my family, and my friend, it was hard actually talking about her, cause i havent since she passed! my counselor was gonna see if i needed to be put on medication, and she said that i dont need to be, because im already showing small signs of improvement! so thats giving me inspiration to get better! i hope your having a good da! xoxoxoxoxox

aw well done i know its hard to talk about her but it helps, thats good tho the medication is horrible i dont think it helps you can do it on your own your strong enough! xxxxxxxxxx
